Polk County Supervisor of Elections, Lori Edwards reminds registered voters in the cities of Haines City and Lakeland that there will be a Run-Off Election on Tuesday, May 4th.
Haines City voters will decide the outcome of the City Commission Seat 5 race between Anne Huffman and Kenneth Kipp. Lakeland voters will choose between Mike Musick and Shandale Terrell to decide the winner for City Commissioner, District D – Southeast.
Precincts open for the April 6th Municipal Election will once again be open. “Polling locations will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on Municipal Run-Off Election Day, Tuesday, May 4th”, stated Ms. Edwards. Voters can confirm their polling location information and view sample ballots online at PolkElections.com.
