Polk County Utilities has rescinded the PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE that was issued on Friday, June 11 due to a water main break in the Christina Area of Lakeland within the Southwest Region Public Water System. Clearance samples have been obtained and results received from the lab with no failures. We are pleased that the water supply in that area has been completely cleared for use.
