We went to Boston Market in Winter Haven tonight.

What a nightmare!

I have been going here for years and never had this much trouble. We asked for meatloaf, no more for 45 minutes, so we said okay give us potpies, none for 20 minutes. This was just before 5! They were not out of product, just didn’t have it made.

So we ordered 2 chicken dinners, one quarter chicken, one half. We were charged almost $4 more for the half and both got exactly the same thing, one lone chicken breast. We also ordered a large family size of turkey. We give some to our pups and have some left for sandwiches. For almost $10 we got for small pieces of turkey and a shaving of the end.

I called to get it rectified as we are not talking about chump change on the difference between what we ordered and paid for and what we got. They never answered the phone. I miss the nice lady that always worked the drive thru. She was great and never would have made this many mistakes. Oh yeah, they were also out of large drink cups. Hope they get there crap together sooner than later. I would hate to see them close.
