Incident Description
Fuel cell slid off the forks of a forklift and landed on its narrow side allowing approximately eighty (80) gallons of diesel fuel to run from the cell/tank onto the ground before the cell could be up-righted to a horizontal level position. NOTE: after required notifications and consultation with appropriate Mosaic and Ardaman individuals ACT was contacted to remediate the spillage.
