Publix has announced eligible individuals could receive their Pfizer COVID-19 booster dose at Florida in-store pharmacies in Polk County. Starting Saturday, all Florida in-store Publix Pharmacy locations began offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, according to a Publix press release.
Winn-Dixie also announced on Friday, the grocer chain of stores is offering walk-ups and online appointments for booster vaccines to eligible individuals in all Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket, and Winn-Dixie pharmacies, as available. As an incentive, patients who receive any COVID-19 vaccine at any in-store pharmacy will receive a coupon for $10 off groceries.
