Mutz has placed 4×4 signs on properties without the owner’s permission.
Glenn Harwell, who owners the property at the corner of Memorial Blvd and MLK only gave Saga Stevin permission and wants Mutz to remove his sign now.
Mutz also placed signs in CSX right-a-way at 98 and Commerce Park. This could endanger cars and trains.
Mutz’s people have placed little signs in multiple right-a-ways which is against the law.
They also placed a 4×4 sign at a home that is for sale on Lake Hollingsworth, the owner of the property has removed the sign.

One would think that the Mayor would know the rules. You cannot make this stuff up!
