A few weeks ago, we rescued a mom and five scrawny kittens 
from a mobile home park in Mulberry. The babies were malnourished, full of fleas, and suffering from eye infections and Coccidia. Unfortunately, we lost the runt of the litter within a short time because of severe diarrhea that we couldn’t get under control.
However, we’re glad to report the other four babies have all put on weight, are eating great, and playing constantly. We’ve named them Paige, Paisley, Pepe’, and Presley and mom is Paulina. Three of the kittens look just like mom–white and mocca with bright, blue eyes. On the other hand, Pepe’ must have been a “special delivery” as he looks completely different with his black and white coat. 
Mom is still a little feral and doesn’t like to be handled too much but continues to work with her. The litter will be ready in about a month for adoption. We’ll keep you updated on their progress as they grow.
