Immediate closure, emergency order recommended. Inspector says conditions endanger public health and safety.

11 total violations, with 2 high-priority violations:

— High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Nov. 9.: Closure to continue. Earlier problems not corrected. Eight total violations, with one high-priority violation.

Nov. 10: Met standards. Problems from earlier emergency order have been corrected. Three total violations, with no high-priority violations.
