With more than 27 years under his belt, Lieutenant William “Chuck” Davis is announcing his retirement.
Starting in 1994, he says his favorite part of the job has been the camaraderie among his co-workers. “It’s just a good family-like environment,” he says. He also values the duty that comes with public service.
