Congratulations to Officer Brent Behrens on being honored with the Polk County Police Chiefs Association’s Officer of the Year Award for 2021. Officer Behrens along with other Polk County law enforcement professionals were honored recently at the organization’s annual meeting and installation of officers. His nomination was due to his response to a deadly domestic shooting event in March of 2021.
