Jensen is a Telecommunicator II in the PCSO Emergency Communications Center. She is confident and professional on the radio, and is eager to expand her knowledge and crosstrain in all areas of the ECC.
During 2021, she was integral in remaining calm and efficient during several different dangerous situations involving weapons and shots fired. Jensen consistently goes above and beyond that which is required of a dispatcher. She leads by example and is flexible and willing to step in whenever help is needed.
