The lack of responsibility of the City Leaders shows contempt. The City Leaders should have fixed the sidewalk issue before the so-called “road diet”.

The City Leaders are using this handicapable resident Barbara Sapp to twist the facts. The city did this to spend more money cut and dry. No other reason.

The poor condition of the sidewalks on S. Florida Avenue was one factor driving the “road diet” test.
