This week #LFD paramedic interns practiced basic and advanced airway techniques with Aeromed, who provided a critical care presentation and lab. Additional parts of the training included plural decompression of the lungs and drug-assisted intubation. All critical skills for the paramedic in the field.

Aeromed concluded with their aircraft demonstration including safe approach, landing zone requirements, patient loading and unloading, and treatment capabilities for air care providers at Aeromed.
