Type of Notice: Updated Report Date of Notice: 03/13/2023 Incident Information Name of Incident: Duff Rd 100 feet west of Paradise Cove Place in Lakeland State Watch Office Case Number: 20232145 Start of Incident: 03/11/2023 08:00 PM End of Incident: 03/11/2023 10:00 PM Incident Description Approximately 1,500 gallons of raw wastewater discharged from an Air Release Valve (ARV) that broke and was contained on the ground around the vault. The affected area was treated with lime and 1,000 gallons was recovered. The damaged ARV has been isolated until repairs are completed. Clean-up actions were completed at 11:00 PM on March 11, 2023. The discharge did not enter any water bodies nor endanger public health, safety, or welfare.
