1. What are you getting out of continuing on with this story are you related to the people that tried to take over the clinic and failed. Do you give a dam about all the people in Polk County that need low cost veterinary care that this clinic provides.

   If you want an actual story why don’t you investigate Oasis Rescue that is raising funds illegally keeping animals in deplorable conditions has no license or 501 3c of any kind.

   Why don’t you investigate a real story and move on

         1. He’s doing a very good job. They killed my dog. Tlc will pay for this for sure they need to be shut down for sure. I immediately pulled my other 2 dogs from there. Keep up the good work and continue to investigate on Tlc.

            2. We have had on my road about 60 plus cats TNR, some to most went to TLC about five of those died 3 days after receiving the TNR treatment from TLC pet snip program. And on top of TLC still being an active place where people are going to have their pets taken care of, there’s another rescue organization so claim to be. Death row dog rescue, has moved to Polk county from Broward. This so called rescue the lady ain’t even supposed to have an animal in her care at all but because she moved counties and she’s getting away with it.

         3. There’s plenty of proof all over Facebook from people that this has affected, along with copies of messages, emails and reports.

         4. There’s a ton of proof and I know people personally that have not been refunded for procedures that were supposed to be performed and TLC PetSnip canceled. It’s been over three months I know personally employees that have worked there that have not been they have sold donations, and there’s proof of that

2. Jennifer White has been banned from the Lakeland Gazette now. We hate to do that but we are NOT attacking TLC PetSnip we are stating facts and the truth, but she decided to attack the publisher of this online newspaper. Ms. White wanted to make it personal, we will not allow that.

   1. TLC Petsnips has done thousands of animals including many ferrell cats. They have done multiple animals for me. I have never had any issues with them. In fact, I have found them to be very caring and professional. I thank God for them as I would not have been able to afford it anywhere else. This sounds like an inside issue between board members and employees. They are not the first business to have this happen. It is, however, very sad that you would use this to slam them on this platform. Talk about the THOUSANDS of animals they have helped and the THOUSANDS of people that were able to get services for their pets, that otherwise could not have been able to afford. It’s obvious you do not care about that. I hope this made you feel better. It should have remained a private matter within that business like so many others. The fact that it didn’t, makes it obvious you have a personal stake in the matter. Shame on you.

      1. This is not a private matter for TLC this is in business matter. And a business matter affects all clients.

      2. I’ve also have had no issues with them been going to them for years and taken all my daughters cats and abandon cats along with my cats as well have been more than 10 cats. Also agree staff is very nice and sweet towards them otherwise my cats would have told on them by actions them being very picky and will show you if they do not like that person.

      3. Redirecting blame or shame even at anyone who has chosen to shed light upon the darkness going on at the clinic is absurd and quite frankly our societies very problem in many regards.
         Oftentimes problems within are never dealt with until they are given a voice from the outside.
         Despite all of the good that is done by someone or a service such as the low cost pet care, wrong is wrong. Being ignorant to that can obviously have consequences beyond what we are shown.
         Are you just thinking of yourself in this regard?
         How about the employees that have had to suffer through such chaos, or the animals that have lost their lives due to incompetence and negligence of those that are doing the things that have tattered the reputation of what was supposed to be for the benefit of our community and its pets?
         Scold them!

      4. Very well put Cindy, I as well, have brought many cats to TLC and have never had anything other than professional service, with loving care from the staff. I am for TLCSnip 110% and I will forever recommend them to everyone and anyone.

3. Perhaps they should return the deposits to people who scheduled appointments online, then TLC cancelled those appointments, and never returned the money, since May. Maybe try some honesty for a change. I’m too concerned to take my kitten there. Sometimes, you get what you pay for, which in this case is nothing, or expired vaccines, board members taking money for themselves, etc. I’d rather spend a little extra money to make sure my animals are taken care of properly.

4. We took our daughters cat in to be spayed she had a tattoo and a tiny scar,great right well she still is in heat all the time she still pees and acts like a general maniac I don’t think they did the actual surgery just acted like they did.

   1. I’m not defending this establishment, the only time I’ve heard of them is this article & the comments… From just that knowledge, i personally wouldn’t bring my animal there… That said, in case you didn’t know, sometimes animals can still have hormonal changes, even after having been “fixed”. There are a variety of reasons this can happen. I’m not saying your suspicion is right or wrong, just that there are other reasons for this behavior. I highly recommend you take your fur baby to a different vet and have them do some imaging to verify the surgery was completed. Also, another vet will be able to give you advice on things you can do to eliminate unwanted behavior. Best of luck.

   2. Sometimes a small piece of ovary is where it shouldn’t be and gets missed. That can happen with any vet. Unfortunately, the cat will need to be operated on again and best to do that when she’s in heat.

5. This is a shame. They have only been great with many feral cats for us. We have donated money because of it. Never any complaints.

6. My question is why are they still doing business, even today?
