Vehicle 1 was traveling eastbound on SR-400 in the outside lane approaching Galloway Road.
Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound on SR-400 ahead of Vehicle 1.
Vehicle 1 overtook and collided with the rear of Vehicle 2.
The impact caused Vehicle 2 to rotate and overturn onto the south shoulder of the highway where Driver 2 was ejected and suffered fatal injuries.
Post-impact, Vehicle 1 also traveled to final rest along the south shoulder.
FHP Troopers later arrested Driver 1, QUARPAESHA RAQUEL PRATHER, for DUI Manslaughter and delivered her to the Polk County Jail.
