First-ever female Monster and General Mills’ first female cereal mascot is named Carmella Creeper

The General Mills Monster Cereals have returned to store shelves. While you’ll have your usual Count Chocula, Franken Berry, and Boo Berry choice, General Mills is introducing the first new character to the cereal lineup in 35 years.

The new character, which also happens to be the first-ever female Monster and General Mills’ first female cereal mascot, is named Carmella Creeper. Breaking from the classic monster mold, Carmella is a zombie and the long-lost cousin of Franken Berry. Fitting for fall, the new Monster cereal is caramel apple flavored.
