The young man is Jesse Clark of Lakeland, a recent graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design. He is painting a mural on the exterior Parker St. wall of the fence surrounding the Eloise H. Troxel Transitional Apartments of Talbot House Ministries.
Clark and other local artists were commissioned to paint the murals by The Well at 114 E Parker St.
