On Saturday, November 13, 2021, at approximately 11:53 PM, Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) responded to a motorcycle crash on the Florida Turnpike in Okeechobee County. The motorcycle rider, Alexander “Ozzy” Osborne was pronounced deceased on scene.
Further investigation revealed that Osborne had also been shot. Investigators learned that he was traveling south after attending a bike event in the Central Florida area. Due to the rural location of the incident and lack of eyewitnesses to the shooting, FHP is seeking the public’s help. The agency is requesting that anyone with information on this incident to please contact the FHP.
