On November 2, 2023, around 10:15 pm Lakeland officers were called to a vehicle burglary in progress in the 800 block of South Missouri Avenue.
The resident heard their vehicle’s car alarm sound and looked outside to see the suspect, Jeremy Johnson, trying to gain access. Johnson was still at the scene when officers arrived and became compliant upon seeing Police K9 Mako.
**We think he made a good choice to comply** Johnson was arrested for Attempted Conveyance Burglary. Great job to these officers and K9 Mako!
