The Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) in Bartow, Florida, plans to hold a review and work session on April 12, 2024. The session will start at 9:00 a.m. in Room 407 of the County Administration Building and will be available on PGTV and the county’s website.
Commissioner Bill Braswell will chair the meeting. The agenda will cover a review of the Board Meeting Agenda for April 16, 2024. The County Manager and the County Attorney will provide a briefing.
The session will discuss several important issues. These include public use rules for the Polk County Administration Facilities, a legal issue related to PACE, and the ongoing closure of Kathleen Road. The Rohr Home’s status will also be reviewed.
The meeting will also cover updates on waste and recycling for FY24/25, led by Director Dale Henderson. The session will end with an adjournment.
