Incident Description
It was reported that on Monday, April 8th, 2024 an estimated 2 gallons of non-regulated Rustoleum Beyond ACRY Gloss Saft Red was released on asphalt and into a nearby drain with standing water. Hepaco arrived onsite and advised there is a discolored 5-feet (ft.) by 10-ft. area of asphalt they pressure washed. Hepaco pumped the drain and advised they have generated (3) 55-gallon drums of paint-impacted water that are pending disposal.
