The woman in the video parked in the street just out of view of the surveillance cameras so her license plate wasn’t visible.
She then, boldly and casually, walked up to the front of the building and deposited the carrier at the entrance ramp.
The cafe’s barista yelled and ran after her but she got back in her car and drove off. From this woman’s nonchalant and cavalier attitude, this is probably not the first time she has done this.
The owner of the cafe is filing a police report with the LPD and will be checking with the neighbors to see if they have Ring camera footage.
Although dumping animals is a crime, it happens every day and people are not held accountable for their actions.
If you recognize this woman or her vehicle, please contact the staff at the cat cafe at 863-937-4206. She needs to be stopped because she will do it again.
