Qualified firms are now accepting proposals to lease and operate the pre-security restaurant at Lakeland International Airport. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Airport. Sealed proposals are due Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 3:30 pm and must be submitted via OpenGov (link above).
Located on the second floor of the commercial passenger terminal, the selected firm shall provide high-quality food and beverage services (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) to tenants, users, guests, the at-large community, and the traveling public. Prior experience successfully operating a restaurant of similar size, design, and complexity is required. Once awarded, the City anticipates entering into a written lease agreement with the firm.
