Carl T. is Starlight’s signature bourbon named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After aging for 6 years in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in a Blueberry Port barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This finish provides notes of blueberry, vanilla & nutty spices to complement the characteristic flavor of their Carl T. blend.
