Documents show that a PCSO Deputy came out to investigate the pumping of toxic water outside BS Farm and Ranch berms. BS Farm and Ranch told the deputy that the county approved of it.
This is a lie, according to John Bohde Director of the Office of Planning and Development Polk County, said by email “We have not approved any pumping off-site.”
BS Farm and Ranch continues to pump this toxic shit into Lake Hancock which is the headwaters of the Peace River.
