**Delayed Disconnects:** We’re postponing disconnections until Nov 13, 2024. Overdue amounts must be paid by 11:59 p.m. on Nov 12 to avoid interruption. 
**Waived Late Fees:** Late fees are waived from Oct 9 to Nov 12. They resume on Nov 13 for unpaid balances.
