By the Chef Pizza, a chef-driven pizzeria that started as a pop-up in April of 2024, is expanding to a brick-and-mortar location, owner Peter Garces reported to Business Debut. Debuting at 1212 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33803, the new pizzeria is planning to open in December.
The menu will focus on hand-crafted, specialty pizzas, including popular pies like the thick-cut pepperoni with hot honey, the Elote (Mexican street corn) pizza, and their three-mushroom pizza, all available in deep-dish focaccia or traditional round dough.
