Many of Florida’s home-grown restaurant chains have humble beginnings. They start with one store and then, after having some success, they expand as they are able. One way that some of Florida’s eateries begin is as a food truck. Many food truck owners have the goal to expand to a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Not only has Adler’s Burgers expanded to a physical restaurant, but it will be opening its third store in Florida soon.
About Adler’s Burgers: This eatery once ranked 19th on Yelp’s list of the best burgers in the United States (2021.) The owners have told the media that their secret is “simplicity.” They simply use a well-seasoned grill, high-quality meat, and elevated bread. So far, there are two Polk County locations of Adler’s – one in Davenport and one in Winter Haven.
The Davenport location earns nearly 1290 five-shaded stars on Google reviews. Some mentioned the quality of the food and the pricing.
Pricing: Many Floridians are aware that even a burger from a fast food joint can be expensive today. One could argue that Alder’s burgers are competitively priced to some fast food burgers. For example, you can get their classic burger for $9.
A New Florida Adler’s: Site plan review paperwork submitted by one of Adler’s owners references a new location at 202 E Park Street in Auburndale.
