Black Lives Matter Restoration Inc. Stands in Solidarity with ALL IMMIGRANTS and we will NOT stand idle to the Trump‘s administration willful disregard for the US Constitution and the Trump‘s administration’s blunt disregard for the civil rights of minorities and migrants!
We are in the process of planning scheduled protests & March in Lakeland and Winter Haven Florida and we respectfully ask the entire Polk County community to attend when the official date is set!
We are aware that the Polk County Sheriff and his department have a predatory history of infringing on Polk County citizens’ right to utilize the First Amendment and peacefully assemble and protest so we will have Attorney from the ACLU and legal scholars present at the scheduled protest(s) and if any law-enforcement agency attempts to unlawfully infringe on the civil rights of any peaceful protester or member of our organization, we will take swift legal action and seek damages and injunctive relief!
Our team will be equipped with body cameras, and we will have a security team in place to ensure the safety of protesters and to ensure that all protesters who attend our scheduled events maintain compliance with Florida law!
Black Lives Matter Restoration Inc. does NOT condone in rioting, looting, or any terroristic behavior however we do believe in the fundamental right to exercise our freedom of speech and utilize the First Amendment which gives us the legal right to peacefully assemble and March without the need for a permit because we are protesting in the wake of breaking news!
We stand in solidarity with all immigrants who fled their birth countries to seek refuge in the United States!
We condemn the UNLAWFUL and PREDATORY actions of the current sitting president and we are outraged that the current conservative US Supreme Court Justice continues to issue unconstitutional rulings, allowing Trump to Weaponize our US military to terrorize US citizens and refugees.
