Charlie Kirk rally marred by violence—proof again that liberals would rather silence than argue

Minutes before chaos erupted at Utah Valley University, Charlie Kirk posted a triumphant message on X:
“WE. ARE. SO. BACK. Utah Valley University is FIRED UP and READY for the first stop back on the American Comeback Tour.”
It was 2:23 p.m. EDT. The crowd was energized, the conservative movement was on display—and then violence broke the celebration.
Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, quickly responded:
“I am tracking the situation at Utah Valley University closely. Please join me in praying for Charlie Kirk and the students gathered there.”
The Pattern Is Clear
Every American should be asking the same question: Why does the left so often resort to violence when faced with ideas they don’t like?
We don’t see conservatives storming liberal events, guns drawn. We don’t see Republican activists silencing progressive commentators. Conservatives argue. We debate. We persuade.
But time and again, when the left runs out of logic, they reach for fists—or worse.

As a political podcaster myself, this hits hard. My work is built on words—opinion, commentary, debate. Yet it’s unsettling to realize that my voice—or any conservative voice—could be silenced at any moment by a mental cripple who mistakes violence for discourse.
This Is About Free Speech
This isn’t just about Charlie Kirk. This isn’t just about Utah Valley University. This is about America.
Can we still disagree without violence? Or will mobs decide which opinions are safe to speak?
Until the left reins in its radical fringe, we all know the answer.
