Vehicle 1, a commercial vehicle, driven by a 48-year-old Lakeland man, was traveling eastbound on SR-618 when the driver took evasive action to avoid colliding with a pickup truck that was changing lanes. The driver lost control and collided with a concrete barrier, as well as a light pole. Upon impact, the vehicle overturned and came to final rest near the Channelside exit ramp of SR-618. The driver was not injured during the incident.
