A new housing development is readying for its grand opening this week in north Lakeland.
Fulton Meadows, the newest community from Texas-based LGI Homes, will host a grand opening celebration Saturday, Nov. 22, according to a release, allowing potential buyers to tour the new community and secure “special grand opening pricing.”
Located off Highway 98 at 7590 Green Fern Drive, Fulton Meadows brings 210 new single-family homes to the city of Lakeland, Polk County property records show.
