These kids went head-to-head against teams across Seminole, Clearwater, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Port Orange—and Lakeland absolutely showed out.
Fortnite Champions
Lakeland A finished 12–0 and dominated the final bracket, taking home 1st place.
SwanForce also earned two legendary trophies: “The Soul Breaker” and “Mr. Clutch.”
Marvel Rivals Champions
Lakeland A also captured 1st place in the Marvel Conference with a strong 9–1 season.
We had solid performances across all divisions:
• Lakeland B (10–2) – 2nd in the Cracked Conference
• Lakeland C (8–4) and Lakeland E (6–6) in the Sweat Conference
• Lakeland D (5–7) competing hard in the Cracked Conference
Individual standouts included:
Graham, Trevor, Corey, Mitchell, Joaquin, Ellis, Dallas, Jonah, Daron, Angelyn, Kyle, Colton, Walter, and Leon.
A special shout-out to Coach David Collingsworth and the entire coaching staff for their time, commitment, and sacrifice. Their leadership continues to open doors and build confidence in our young people.
I’m incredibly grateful for our City of Lakeland Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department Esports staff for building something meaningful for our youth.
