The Lakeland Fire Department proudly partnered with Target for our second annual Heroes & Helpers event at Lakeland Southside Target.
The holiday season can be challenging for many families, which is why giving back matters most. Thanks to Target’s Heroes & Helpers grant and support from GiveWell Community Foundation, our team shopped for toys and gifts to brighten the holidays for local children.
All items purchased will support LFD’s Annual Toy Drive and be distributed through two community partners: Lakeland Dream Center and Children’s Home Society.
We are grateful to Target, GiveWell Community Foundation, and our firefighters who dedicate their time each year to making this initiative possible. Together, we’re spreading hope, joy, and holiday magic—one gift at a time.
