Alex Pretti would still be alive if he had not carried a gun during his encounter with immigration officers on a Minneapolis street, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.
Judd, a resolute promoter of Second Amendment rights, called Pretti “inherently stupid” for wearing a holstered pistol as he observed U.S. Border Patrol agents on a Minneapolis street.
