This video focuses on what citizens, a retired deputy, and a veterinarian and surgeon said directly to the Polk County Board of Commissioners.

Their testimony raises serious questions about public comments , First Amendment , rejected solutions, and unanswered concerns surrounding Polk County Animal Control.
