Based on reports from a November 2019 Polk County Sheriff’s Office undercover operation regarding registered sex offenders, two individuals were arrested after listing the Talbot House (814 North Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland) as their registered address.
- David Michael Bryan (46): A sexual offender from Wisconsin convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child (1993) and third-degree sexual assault (1998). Detectives confirmed with Talbot House personnel that he was staying there, but failed to register his address properly after moving from Georgia to Florida. He was arrested for two counts of Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration laws.
- Enrico Conde (51): A sexual offender convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 12 years of age (2013). He registered the Talbot House as his permanent address, but personnel confirmed he never spent a night there and was barred from the location. He was arrested for two counts of Failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration laws.
These arrests were part of a larger sweep (Operation “No Tricks, No Treats”) aimed at ensuring sex offenders and predators in Polk County complied with registration laws.
Timmie G McClure was also arrested at the Talbot House (814 North Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland).
The two sex offenders below are currently registered through the FDLE with Talbot House as their residence.
