Other TALBOT HOUSE issues below:
According to recent data, there have been fires in the laundry room. The air conditioner needs to be replaced. It was maintained with basically band-aid repairs.
There was mold and mildew in the dorms areas. Maria Cruz, the executive director of Talbot House Ministries told the maintenance team to paint over it. So many residents got sick and were sent to the hospital by EMS with respiratory issues. EMS and hospital bills paid by the taxpayers!
There was a resident who lived in the fellowship building who died and lay there for 3 days until he was found. They didn’t get help from the right people to clean up the mess that was left behind. They just had maintenance clean-up the mess os bodily fluids.
