The Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is pleased to announce the successful closing of the property located at 820 N. Massachusetts Avenue, home to the popular Haus 820 event venue.
Following approval by the Lakeland City Commission in December 2025, acting as the CRA Board, Haus Management officially acquired the property after years of successfully operating and investing in the venue. The sale represents the culmination of a longstanding public-private partnership that has helped transform the property into one of Lakeland’s premier event destinations.
For many years, Haus 820 has served as a destination for weddings, corporate events, community gatherings, and special celebrations, contributing to the continued revitalization and success of the surrounding area. Through a strong partnership between the CRA and Haus Management, the property has evolved into a vibrant and well-recognized community asset.
The completed sale marks the next chapter in that partnership, providing Haus Management with the opportunity to continue investing in the property while ensuring the long-term success of the venue. Ownership by the operating entity reflects a shared commitment to preserving the character of the facility, supporting local economic activity, and maintaining the venue as a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.
