Yesterday, the City of Lakeland welcomed a special group of students from our Sister City of Imabari, Japan!
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to meet with Mayor Sarah Roberts McCarley and learn firsthand about City operations, local government, and how our City serves the Lakeland community.
We are proud of our Sister City relationship with Imabari and always enjoy opportunities to strengthen the connection between our communities. We hope our visitors enjoyed their time with the Mayor and their experience here in Lakeland!
