Incident Description
A diesel tank dispensing hose leaked, resulting in approximately 1000 gallons of diesel going into a concrete-lined ditch that flows into an on-site retention pond. The pond is isolated and is not connected to an outfall. There were no injuries and no known off-site impacts. A contractor is overseeing product recovery and clean-up. The volume released is under review.
