The so called “BS Ranch” continues to create an unhealthy environment by trespassing on our property with their uncontrollable Objectionable Offsite Odors.

“My neighborhood smells like sheer death! It’s terrible people! Shut down BS Ranch! They are killing our lives here. We were here first and this is not right and you people know it. They have no plans to stop their dumping. Do something. Those of you on this email with titles supposedly working for our County…do something! Help!!!!!!!”
“Yes does it ever! Smells like SHlT all the time coming from BS Ranch and Farm open pit toxic sewer sludge…… Hate it. Hard to breath. Objectionable offsite odors!!!!!”
I would like to get all the field reports from Mike Plavchak and the second Polk County investigator also named Mike having to do with “odors coming from the BS Ranch and Farm Inc. Property”
He told me last night there were many reports he has filed. We need a copy of all of them made public. He said that none of them have been sent by Polk County to you (Kirk White with FDEP). Don’t know why Polk County wouldn’t share these documented cases of offsite objectionable odors traced back the the BS property??!!
He also said he is not allowed on their property? He said he called Brandy Stanton about the complaint. How do you inspect a 300-acre property without entering it?
The Horrible Smell Continues today all day. Mike was parked here on our property for over an hour. I showed him the documented FDEP permit dumping violations in these YouTube videos.
He said no one had ever shown him the images of all material leaving their property or the unpermitted new eastern berm.
The NEW EASTERN BERM was built only with the clay material that was dug up on site.
Why were No Engineering or Permitting or Inspections performed/required for a NEW protective berm that is this important to the safety of our public land and water?
What happened to the previous berm? Oh that right – they dug a trench right thru it! Also caught on video!
You can also see the NEWEST southern pond berm is only constructed of Tree Mulch, Sewer Sludge and plastic bags from City of Lakeland “organic” collections.
You can see in the video that the new southern pond breached and washed all the toxic material down to the new berm road they built!
It looks like they tried to “unsuccessfully” hold back all of the toxic sewer sludge water from exiting the experimental BS Ranch and Farm – a State of Florida DEP permitted Industrial Waste Water Treatment Facility.
These images show untested toxic water flowing unabated into saddle Creek and Lake Hancock – The headwaters of the Peace River which ends up at Port Charlotte creating the potential to everything in its path on the way to this vital estuary.
