The Southeastern University women’s cross country team moved up one more spot in the latest NAIA Cross Country Coaches’ Top 25, improving their already record ranking.
The Fire moved up to 14th in the poll released by the national office earlier today.
Southeastern had a solid showing last weekend in Charlotte at the Royals XC Challenge, finishing second among NAIA competition.
Newly top-ranked SCAD Atlanta was the only NAIA team to finish higher than the Fire.
Next week, Southeastern will have an opportunity to improve again, as it will face five teams ranked ahead of it at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in Grand Rapids, Mich.
