The Sunshine State Conference has honored Florida Southern College senior Talor Hamilton as the Men’s Swimmer of the Week, for the period ending Oct. 20.
During this past week, Hamilton helped lead the Mocs to a 158-101 win over Rollins College. In that meet, he sprinted to a 21.22 seconds finish in the 50-freestyle event, the best time of the day. He later came back to win the 100-butterfly in just 51.33 seconds. Additionally, his 200-medley relay team placed second.
This is the first time in his career that he has been so honored by the conference office.
