As you can see clearly in these photos I took today 10/21/19 that the BS – Southern Berm Pit had an overflow pipe added on the eastern berm wall to control the toxic water level.
All of the toxic material that has been pumped into the new southern berm has been washing out of this overflow pipe.

Clearly the water on site has been affected by the toxic water being released by BS
Is there any control of the water on the 300 acre BS property. The BS toxic ponds are all overflowing.
The NEW unpermitted berm that BS built (with soil they dug up from the east of the berm) is now forming holding ponds.
So, the is the only thing standing between the most toxic material any industrial wastewater plant in the state of Florida can truck to Polk County and our future drinking water supply for millions, is this new failed BS unpermitted berm????
