Southeastern University volleyball standouts Emily Boehlein and Taylor Gregory were selected to the Academic All-District Team for NAIA District I, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Boehlein is now a two-time Academic All-District selection and ranks sixth in The Sun Conference in hitting percentage at .251 and is fourth in blocks per set at .81. She also carries a 3.96 GPA as a Biology major, and is a member of the SEU Honors College.
Gregory holds a 3.96 GPA as a Marketing major and has registered 194 total kills and a .276 attacking percentage during her senior season. The Wellington, Fla. native has been a part of 90 total blocks this season, averaging .84 per set.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must be a sophomore with two semesters complete at their institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher, and be a starter or key contributor to their team.
Both are now eligible for Academic All-America consideration, which will be announced on December 12th.
