The video showing what appears to be a Polk County deputy sucker-punching a handcuffed suspect two times before placing him inside the back of a marked deputy cruiser is making rounds on social media.
Officials have not identified the two deputies involved in the incident.
According to the Sheriff the suspect spit in the face of the female officer.
Unique Occena recorded the incident on 5/6/2020 (See time stamp 4:39 – of the sucker punches) and now Unique Occena has been arrested.
