Is Victory Christian Academy violating the staff’s freedom of speech why?
The staff at Victory Christian Academy has been told at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year that they will be terminated if they speak about the school to any media outlet.
The end of the school year is coming to an end, and some teachers will not be returning for many reasons. We wonder if they did not renew any of the contracts of the staff because they talk to us. That would be a lawsuit in the making.
Is Victory Christian Academy Headmaster bias?
The emphasis on color has been a division in the private Christian school. There was an emphasis on Black History Month at the private Christian school and guest speakers came and spoke to the students during chapel. What would happen if there was a white history month and the school brought in speakers? Then, the private Christian school would have an issue of being racist.
They want to say that there is no division, but there is. They go with the ways of the world and not with the Words of God. The Headmaster marched with BLM in Lakeland, Florida on May 31, 2020, and it was documented on the Headmaster and spouse’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, along with staff and student accounts. It was no secret that day because it went viral DUE TO THE HEADMASTER POSTING THE PICTURES HERSELF. No one is to blame because the Headmaster used her personal accounts to post her life for the world to see. Whatever happened to schools being united and encouraging and standing up for ALL STUDENTS EQUALLY? ALL STUDENTS….RED AND YELLOW, BLACK AND WHITE THEY ARE ALL PRECIOUS IN HIS SIGHT!

Victory Christian Academy year book issue?
Remember your high school yearbook? There is a section that we all know and remember when we were in school; it’s the “MOST LIKELY” CATEGORIES. It was a fun category but it’s about to bring a bad taste to this private Christian school.
Victory Christian Academy has a category that was voted on by students, and APPROVED by the Staff. “Most FLIRTIEST” is one category.
Definition of the word “flirt”. “To act as if one is sexually attracted to another person, usually in a playful manner.”
This is 100% inappropriate in a Private Christian School. This targets the student as someone with loose morals and being sexually provocative. This will be in a yearbook that will be in the archives forever and will impact the future of this student. This yearbook goes to every student from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Every family will see this category and student. What will happen when this student walks across the stage to get their diploma and families are whispering “That’s the student who is the biggest flirt? Colleges will see this in the yearbook and changes the reputation of the student.
Victory Christian Academy administration from the Senior Pastor down is bullies.
What happened to the policy of “NOT BULLYING” that the school was promoting when a former student was on Nickelodeon for #BullyingNoWay and this brought the school to televisions across America and the world? It’s time to start re-evaluating and protecting ALL of the students and go back to #BullyingNoWay that they were promoting years ago!
Bulling must be stopped!!
