Paws Up for K-9 Hyde – Join Us in Wishing Him a WELL DESERVED Happy Retirement!
This week K-9 Hyde joined K-9 Aztor in becoming the newest member of the retired LakelandPD K-9 Heroes club! For eight years he has been a faithful partner to Sergeant Williams and valiantly served the citizens of Lakeland.
In 2016, this brave boy was stabbed by a suspect, but it didn’t slow him down and he returned to work without missing a beat. Although we will most definitely miss his sweet furry face, we are thankful he has made it to retirement and know his family will love having him home.
He will now have time to focus on helping protect and mentor his two “hooman” brothers at home. We can’t wait to hear stories of the fun times that await them. #letthebellyscratchingbegin
